Yuen Kah Fai
Yuen Kah Fai takes charge of business development in Thinkers Alliance. He has a key role in driving the growth of the organisation. Kah Fai possesses eight years of portfolio planning experience. With a firm foundation in the financial services environment, he brings with him unrivalled expertise that adds value to Thinkers Alliance.
Kah Fai was an Achiever for eight years, having bagged the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) in 2010, 2014 and 2015, a testament to his building of firm relationships with clients.
Jacki Chen joins the organisation with six years of portfolio management experience. Having come from the financial services industry, he brings to Thinkers Alliance his unique insight into the financial planning trade and experience in managing his clients’ portfolios.
Jacki was lauded for the positive experience that he brought to his clients. Jacki was the Top UL Sales, Top Premier Relationship Manager, Top Rookie Mass and Top Rookie Premier. He had also bagged the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) in 2014 and 2015. Jacki has oversight of the training and recruitment in Thinkers Alliance.
Prior to joining Thinkers Alliance, Francis was in a banking environment for ten years. He spent seven years in sales and a further three in branch management.
The stints in various roles in the fast-paced corporate environment provided rigourous training in both depth and scope. In particular, his time in branch management imparted to him precious management skills that will be put to good use in Thinkers Alliance.
Francis was an Achiever for seven years and a Top 10 Branch Manager for two years. Francis takes charge of information technology in Thinkers Alliance and specialises in general insurance.
Kenneth bags eight years of experience in banking sales in a major bank, where he was an Achiever for eight years. Kenneth achieved the Million Dollar Round Table in 2010, 2011 and 2014. He was also the Top Universal Life Sales.
In addition, Kenneth holds the award of the Top Rookie Premier Relationship Manager and was twice the Million Dollar Club Achiever. That Kenneth was able to achieve such accolades showed that he possessed the financial know-how to help his clients’ portfolio weather through volatile times.
Kenneth brings his in-depth mortgage experience to Thinkers Alliance and will benefit its clients in no small ways.
Edmund Chen brings to Thinkers Alliance a wealth of experience in the financial services industry. He is familiar with banking sales and spent two years in management.
Edmund Chen handled a diverse range of customers, from retail sales to premier banking, reflecting his broad knowledge of the market. Edmund Chen was an Achiever for eight years, and a recipient of the Million Dollar Round Table in 2009, 2010 and 2015.
He was also the Top RP Sales, Top Personal Financial Consultant and Top Branch Relationship Manager. He has oversight of sales development in Thinkers Alliance.
Prior to cofounding Thinkers Alliance, Cecilia Phua worked for ten years in a financial services environment, where she did portfolio management.
Cecilia’s consistent performance and excellence in helping her clients with their portfolios won her an Achiever award for seven years and made her a Top Premier Team Manager. Cecilia was also a two-time recipient of the Million Dollar Club Achiever award.
Drawing from her extensive experience in engaging and retaining customers, she will spearhead initiatives that seek to establish and enhance client relationships.
