Her ability to do the right things in the right way has paved the way for her personal achievements of COT in 2016 and 2017, as well as leading her team to attain 2nd Unit Of The Year (RC) in 2018.

As a mentor to seven team members, Cecilia emphasises sincerity and responsibility as the core traits for every successful financial services consultant. With this, she endeavours to help more achieve their career aspirations.

For Eric, he sees mentorship as a long-term relationship between two individuals where experience, knowledge and connections are shared with open hearts and minds. It is also where strong friendships are forged, as he has done so with his united team of eight.

Seen as a resourceful and motivational leader, Eric has set a shining example by achieving his MDRT for three consecutive years from 2016 to 2018. The high expectations he sets for himself are aligned with the characteristics he values most in his team members: Independence, competitiveness and self-awareness.

“Some shortcuts are not meant to be taken.” This is a piece of well-meaning advice dispensed by his former manager and one that continues to serve Jacki well today as he guides his team of 11. It has certainly helped develop his professional abilities and dictate the personal qualities that he values most: Honesty and the ability to think out of the box.

Jacki’s expertise in portfolio management and his hands-on approach to leadership has proven to be a winning formula, garnering distinguished company accolades such as Top Unit Of The Year (APE) & (RC) in 2017 and 2018. In 2020, he has done us proud by attaining Top Unit Of The Year (APE) once again.

For Kenneth, being a true leader means to be available always. His approachable and relatable mentorship style has been instrumental in creating a conducive growth environment for his team of 12. In fact, his leadership abilities have been attested by coming in 2nd in the New Unit Of The Year category in 2019.

Being one of the pioneering founders of Thinkers Alliance, Kenneth was previously a Private Client Relationship Manager in a local bank. As a three-time COT achiever, he brings along his expertise in financial advisory and generously shares his experience with his consultants to help them progress.

Vincent leads a dynamic team of six and has been in this managerial role for two years and counting. He also sets a stellar example for his team by achieving MDRT in all four years he has been with Thinkers Alliance. Here’s what we call ‘walking the talk’!

Vincent believes that “hard work is the fundamental building block of success”. With this, he hopes to motivate his team members to hit the MDRT benchmark of excellence.

For Drake, leadership is about empowerment — equipping each member of his team with the resources they need to unlock their potential, attain confidence and succeed in the industry. He believes in being positive and approachable to his driven team of nine, and in working closely with each team member to understand and leverage their strengths.

Drake’s dedication to meeting his clients’ wealth planning needs and supporting his team to achieve the same has led to outstanding results. Not only has Drake clinched three personal COTs and three personal MDRTs since joining Thinkers Alliance in 2018, he has led his team to attain Top Unit Of The Year (RC) in 2022, and nurtured 2 TOT, 3 COT, and 3 MDRT achievers.

Taking his team to new heights and serving his expanding client portfolio are Drake’s highest priorities. He looks forward to inspiring and supporting like-minded high achievers to reach their income goals and fulfill their aspirations in life.
